Dr. Chandrashekhar Pandey, M.A., Ph.D.
Shekhar is Professor & Management Consultant based in the city of Jamshedpur, India. He is the co-founder of Anjaneya Foundation - an umbrella organization to carry forward his professional agenda, driven by his passion to improve management of business and life’s expectations. This he seeks to do by digging into value-based teachings of the past, and creating a fusion between tradition and core values with modern scientific temper in the field of management. He has wandered alone in the remote regions of the Himalayas and Tibet, seeking his answers from nature and wandering monks he met on the way.
Shekhar advises many.large companies on Human Resource Management / people’s issues and sensitizes corporate executives on ethical and spiritual dimensions of work life and business through his focused workshops, seminars and retreats, both in India and abroad.
Shekhar has had a long stint in industry, as an executive in one of the largest private sector conglomerates in India – Tata Steel. He has served as a consultant to the Federal Authority on Human Resource Development & Employment in the United Arab Emirates before turning to academics. Till recently, he was engaged as Professor in the Human Resource Department of the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai, a reputed business school in southern India. Shekhar is a recipient of the 21st Dewang Mehta Business School Award (2013) for the Best Professor in Human Resources Management. The award is in recognition of leadership, development, innovation and industry interface of business school. Dr. Pandey is a ‘Distinguished Visiting Professor’ at the University of Paderborn, Germany.
Swati Pandey, M.Sc.
Swati has a Sanskrit (Honours) degree and a Masters in Spirituality and Value education. She has been an educator, counselor and guide to both the young and the old, seeking assistance to regain their ‘spirit’. Her interest lies in exploring ancient ways of meditation and techniques to silence the mind and realize one’s true nature and potential.
Through her programs Swati helps individuals to learn and practice ancient techniques of meditation, attain self-actualization and develop a positive personality which she thinks is central to developing sensitivity and perception in both personal and professional lives.
